How does it Work

We offer two services to members.

Our regular shopping service to the Town Centre and large supermarkets is based on your postcode and the day of the week. These are booked 3 days in advance and can be booked for up to 4 calendar weeks

The Door-to-Door service operates between 08.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday for any other trip within the Borough of Northampton. These are booked two working days before the day of travel.

Any Problems?

We only have one booking line and members may have some problems getting through on the telephone. As we only have 4 buses to cover the whole of Northampton, they may be disappointed when they do get through because the times they wanted have already been booked.

Please be as flexible as you can in your travel requirements

Our advise is to start ringing at 9:30 and just keep at it. We will always try and fit you in but there will be times when you will be unable to travel.
